When do you ship?
We ship packages year round. Our shipping schedule during the week is Monday through Wednesday. We try not to ship Thursday, Friday or Saturday because we don't want your beautiful candy design sitting around in some warehouse the weekend.

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Nor do we ship to APO's or FPO's at this time

How soon will you ship my package?
We usually ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. Depending on type of candy design.

How much is shipping?
Shipping charges vary depending on size and weight of box. We usually ship through USPS. This method of shipping has proven to be quite reliable. Your shipping charges are reflected on the page your item is listed on. We don't want you to get any surprises.

Can I get a refund, exchange or return my item.
Because our products are perishable, we can not accept returns. Nor do we issue refunds or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your item due to negligence on our part, we will do everything to make sure the problem is resolved to your satisfaction.

Can I cancel my order.
All orders are final. Please BE SURE before you place your order. Once you have placed your order and given your payment information, there are NO cancellations.

Sure. We want you to be happy with your choices. However, depending on the substitution, there may be an additional fee.

What if my item arrives late, can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds on items or shipping in the event a carrier is unable to deliver package within the expected time frame due to mechanical issues, weather, or unforseeable problems. Bottom line, No, we do not offer refunds.
