If sending a gift to the recipient's place of employment, please verify that packages will be accepted and the place of employment will be open.
Because our unique gifts are original handmade items, it is very difficult to duplicate every gift item. Substitutions may also be necessary due to customer demands and availability of items from our suppliers. This includes ribbon/bow and or bouquet container. If the gift item(s) and/or containers shown online is not available, a substitution will be used. In the case of substitutions, if the exact item(s) are not available, items of equal or higher value and of similar theme and category will be used. We try very hard to maintain the color theme displayed online while designing your gift item.
If your package arrives damages, please file a claim with the carrier. We do not accept returned items. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please know that it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to be aware of such conditions: allergies, dietary restrictions, and/or cosmetic/dental issues and respond accordingly before placing an order.
If you are allergic to peanuts/nuts, please be aware that some manufacturers produce candies that contain nuts. Therefore, traces may still be found in non-peanut/nut chocolates and candies.
We ARE NOT/WILL NOT be held accountable for adverse reactions from the consumption of candies and or gum.
